 ALL ABILITIES WELCOME

When: Tuesdays 10.30-11.30am and

12.00 - 1.00pm

 Where: Castlefields Community Centre, Shrewsbury

When: Thursdays 10-11am

Where: Church of the Holy Spirit, Meadow Farm Drive, Sundorne

Please note that there are no crèches available at these sessions

These calsses cost £2.50 per session or £20 per term

If you like the sound of any of these activities, but the thought of walking into places for the first time fills you with terror, please don't be put off. All our staff are friendly and will do their best to make you feel welcome, and if you would like someone to go with for the first few times we can arrange that too. So why not get in touch NOW before you persuade yourself that it is not a good idea.
